When using any copyrighted Materials, users should always provide attribution or credit to the author, photographer, and copyright owner of the Materials being used. None of the site or project / commission (as applicable) content may be downloaded, reproduced, transmitted, displayed, distributed, modified, or made into a derivative work or otherwise used for any other purpose (except for what has been discussed during projects / commissions) without prior written permission from DSC LLC. Users may not remove any copyright, trademark, watermark or other proprietary notices and may not modify the Materials.

Downloading, copying, distributing, or otherwise using Materials for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

The materials on DSC LLC sites may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and DSC LLC makes no representation or warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of these materials or the results to be expected from using our sites and the materials therein.  Use of DSC LLC sites and the materials therein is at the user’s own risk.  Changes are routinely made and may occur at any time.

DSC LLC does not warrant that our sites will operate error-free. If use of this website results in the need for the user to obtain service for or replacement of equipment or data, DSC LLC will not be responsible for those costs.  Furthermore, DSC LLC will not be liable for any damages, including incidental and consequential, lost profits, lost bids, or damages resulting from business interruptions resulting from use or inability to use the website and materials therein, whether or not DSC LLC is advised and/or is aware of the possibility of such damages.

DSC LLC does not warrant or represent that use of Materials displayed on the site will not infringe the rights of third parties.

All materials on DSC LLC sites, socials, e-commerce, distributed for projects or commissions area are provided "as is" without a warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, copywrite ownership and non-infringement.

DSC LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from any use or downloading of the Materials, nor for any damages to or viruses that may infect a user’s computer or other device resulting from use of DSC LLC sites or from downloading any Materials. At its discretion, DSC LLC may discontinue or take down all or any part of their sites or remove any Material at any time.

DSC LLC operates their sites in accordance with the DMCA.  It is DSC LLC's policy to terminate or block, at its discretion, users / site visitors/ followers, etc...who violate DSC LLC’s site policy and/or terms and condition of use, as contained herein. 

DSC LLC sites may contain links to third-party websites.  These links are provided solely as a convenience to consumers and in no way should be considered as an endorsement by DSC LLC of the content of said sites, nor does DSC LLC make any representation about the content, accuracy, merchantability, or non-infringing nature of the materials on those sites, nor did or does DSC LLC monitor or review the content of these third-party sites. 

Furthermore, DSC LLC does not have actual knowledge that these sites linked to contain infringing material or is it aware of circumstantial evidence that would lead it to believe that a linked-to site currently has such materials.

You further agree to indemnify and hold DSC LLC and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, and expenses including attorney’s fees that may arise from your breach of these Terms of Use and your use of DSC LLC Site(s).
